SCORE KEY:
25-30:
Grounded leader (10% of the population)
You have the potential to change the world through having a unique vision and commitment to realize it, to be a successful individual in every way. You have few fears and much confidence - a pioneer in everything you do.
Examples: Abraham Lincoln, Eleanor Roosevelt, Nelson Mandela, Sir Ernest Shackleton (Antarctic explorer).
17-24: Top achiever (20% of the population)
You are likely to be successful within the bounds you have set for yourself. You tend to be clear about what you want and have the will to achieve it. However, boundaries are meant to be extended to give us greater reach, flexibility and development.
Examples: Tom Cruise, Oprah Winfrey, Bill Gates, Catherine Zeta Jones, Margaret Thatcher.
8-16: The person next door (50% of the population)
You prefer a quieter existence unaffected by ambition, and consider stability to be the source of happiness. Many people are like that: accepting what they believe they are given without wishing to extend their limits. Self-knowledge will always be partial.
Examples: Most people you know, including quiet achievers and ‘salt of the earth’ individuals.
1-7: Lost Believer (20% of the population)
You have little self-belief and confidence. You have so far failed to acknowledge your own capacity for success. This tends to make you belittle your achievements and/or blame others or circumstances for your situation. But if you look closely with more trust and self-love you might be able to see the power of your own talent and unique potential.
Examples: Many people who are fearful of life, feeling undervalued and find it difficult to have new experiences.

SUCCESS TIPS
(by Elaine Sihera)
The secrets of success are really no secret. They relate to three main things:
1. Knowing yourself, your identity and what you stand for.
2. Knowing where you are going.
3. Knowing the personal qualities that will take you there.
Often we block our progress because we are in the wrong job for our personality, with the wrong boss or with the wrong partner. Knowing ourselves, our needs and our purpose is the key to greater confidence and the life we desire.
There seems to be two main types of people: those who apprach life looking for its challenges and potential and those who accept life as it is, who feel more secure with the here and now, and are more practical in approach. Which are you?
